Divi Design cares about your privacy. All information remains confidential with us at all times we pride ourselves in being fully GDPR Compliant.

We will never disclose our buyer information to any third parties. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the revised Data protection Act 1998 now GDPR act 2018). We collect information only for the following 2 reasons, firstly, to action your order, and secondly, to provide you with the best possible services we can.

We will not pass on your e-mail address to other organisations unless you have given your written consent. The information we collect about you, includes: your name, address, telephone number, email address, account details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your written consent.

The information we hold is to the best of our ability accurate and based solely upon information we receive from you and it remains as up to date as it can be. You can check what information we hold about you, by writing to us. We will delete or correct any inaccuracies promptly. This information is held securely. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your written consent first.

If you do give us your personal information via email, either by filling out an order form on one of our Websites or using the contact form, then you can be assured that this information will only ever be used in the way that you specify. Any information considered sensitive data that you might supply you can be assured will be safe. It is at no point stored in any form of electronic retrieval system to which persons outside Divi Design could get access.

We will not contact you unless it has been requested, nor will you be asked to buy anything and you won’t be flooded with unsolicited e-mail. If your address exists in our database every message you receive from it will contain a simple on-click removal facility, which results in immediate removal of that address from the database and no further contact will be made we honour your request.

We value your security and as such have done our utmost to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while you are visiting our site. At no point will we ask for your bank details or any card payments direct to us. Only service will be via trusted source Pay Pal.
